Week Twenty-Five Results

I have no idea why weight literally fell off me this week – but I’ll take it.  I lost 3.6!  That brings me to a total of 53.6 pounds lost, meaning I’m over halfway to my goal.  It feels a lot better being closer to goal than to my starting weight.

Starting stats:
Weight: 247 lbs.
BMI: 36.5

Today’s stats:
Weight: 193.4
BMI: 28.6

  1. That’s awesome. I enjoy those magic weight losses where you have no idea what you did to get this lucky break but smile as you sneak away from the scale before anyone catches a mistake 🙂

  2. Cindycita, I did my beer drinking and cheese-curd eating *after* my WI on Saturday. I guess we’ll see how that plays out on the scale, lol!
