Wow… Week 60? That seems so crazy to me – have I really been at it that long?
Good news this week! I lost again. It feels like a really, really long time since I had a loss two weeks in a row. I feel jazzed/hopeful/excited/nervous, but most of all, I’m back to really feeling like I can do this. I *can* get to goal.
Weight: 247 lbs.
Weight: 172 lbs.
Also: have to report my good news re: night eating. I bought a sound machine and since I’ve started falling asleep to that instead of to my TV, my night eating, while still around, has been reduced dramatically. We’re talking going from eating double-digit points to maybe 2-3, and from waking up 4-5 times to eat to 2-3 times. I have no idea why it works, but hey, it works! I’m going to keep using it.
I’m back on my way! Thank you all so much for your support – it has helped me stay in the game a thousand times over.
